Ace — Ventures Lead & Site Auditor

Multi-Site QA & Reinforcement Loop
"My most useful AI agent doesn't build anything. It audits the ones that do."
What Ace Runs
  • ✓ Coordinates specialist builder bots across autonomous site projects while keeping a clean read-only auditor context window.
  • ✓ Enforces a deterministic 5-point Definition of Done before any page goes live: HTTP 200 check, mobile viewport render, affiliate/link audit, and speed & SEO check.
  • ✓ Writes every caught mistake into reinforcements.md so builder bots read the failure log before their next run and never repeat it.

Zen — Daily Habits & Sleep Coach

Replacement Swaps & Google Sheet Tracker
"A habit & sleep coach that doesn't care about streaks—built around replacement swaps and a Google Sheet log."
What Zen Runs
  • ✓ Morning nudge with your 1–2 focus habits + evening check-in (done or slip, logged straight to Google Sheets with zero guilt trips).
  • ✓ Pairs every bad habit you're breaking with a concrete replacement swap instead of fragile streak counters.
  • ✓ Tracks sleep next to your day (phone-off time, lights-out window, 1 to 10 score) plus a Sunday review that shrinks next week to 1 easy win if you miss 3–4 days.

One Chief of Staff. One Shared Rulebook. Zero Game of Telephone.

⚡ Multi-Agent Production Rules

The Operator Architecture

The three non-negotiable rules that keep a multi-bot team aligned after Week 1. Bookmark or copy the starter blueprint below for your own workspace.

RULE 01

One Shared policies.md

Read-only for specialists; only the Chief of Staff edits it after human confirmation. If a bot's private memory ever conflicts with policies.md, the shared file wins and the bot deletes its outdated memory on the spot.

RULE 02

Separate Builder & Auditor

Never let the same context window grade its own homework. When the same agent builds a page and checks its own work, it passes itself almost every run. A separate read-only Auditor (Ace) catches what the builder rationalizes away.

RULE 03

The Human Approval Line

Bots read, research, audit, log to Sheets, and draft at full speed—but a hard stop-list requires an explicit human yes before any bot sends an email, moves money, edits calendar invites, or publishes externally.

# Shared Policies (Master Rulebook)
Source of truth: /home/box/shared/policies.md

1. SINGLE SOURCE OF TRUTH (PRECEDENCE RULE)
- Every specialist bot reads this file before starting any task.
- Specialists have READ-ONLY access to this file; only the Chief of Staff edits it after human approval.
- If a bot's private memory ever conflicts with policies.md, this file wins and the bot deletes its outdated memory on the spot.

2. SEPARATE BUILDER & AUDITOR LANES
- Each bot owns exactly one lane (auditing, habits, inbox triage, workouts, calendar, or site ops).
- Builder bots never mark their own work live-ready; the read-only Auditor verifies the 5-point Definition of Done and logs mistakes to reinforcements.md.

3. HARD STOP-LIST (HUMAN APPROVAL REQUIRED)
- Never send an email, message, or public post without an explicit human yes (draft only, then wait).
- Never pay, buy, transfer money, or agree to terms/subscriptions.
- If a login or tool fails, report what broke and wait—never invent an unapproved workaround.
